"The apartment is in really good location, convenient and safe. There is Whole Foods market below the bridge, and the Target is just [a] 5-minute walk. There is parking lot but not really connect[ed] with the apartment. Officers are helpful and willing to provide help with move-in. Overall is a wonderful apartment!"

"We love Optima, it has all of the amenities of a luxury hotel, plus a grocery market connected. Optima provides many events for the residents of all ages! Management are attentive, and always helpful. The building is well maintained, and the maintenance staff are very nice. I would have not opened a Medspa business here, in the business suites, if particulars were different. Another plus for residents to have a Medspa in their building. Other than the mentioned above we love the area. Optima is close to everything, Navy Pier, Michigan Ave, shopping, dining, and even cool pop-up events. If you don't need to you really don't need to leave the building!"

"Tons of great amenities, specifically love the fireplaces and grills outside during the summer. Theater room is awesome for having friends over for football games during the fall. The golf simulator and indoor pool helpful to stay active during the winter."
